We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. First Return or Exchange – Free of Charge
Your first return or exchange per order is completely free. We’ll cover the shipping cost for the first return/exchange.
3. Additional Returns or Exchanges
If you request additional returns or exchanges on the same order, a standard shipping fee will apply, which must be covered by the customer.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed).
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Items must be returned in the original box or protective packaging.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale or clearance items.
Any item showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused during shipping.
Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at Hi@OriginalsKingdom.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll proceed with a replacement or refund.
7. Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the item for the refund to reflect.
In case of damaged or defective items, we will offer full refunds or replacements, including shipping costs.
