Returns + Exchanges

1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. First Return or Exchange – Free of Charge
Your first return or exchange per order is completely free. We’ll cover the shipping cost for the first return/exchange.

3. Additional Returns or Exchanges
If you request additional returns or exchanges on the same order, a standard shipping fee will apply, which must be covered by the customer.

4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed).

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• Items must be returned in the original box or protective packaging.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items.

• Any item showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused during shipping.

• Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

6. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll proceed with a replacement or refund.

7. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the item for the refund to reflect.

• In case of damaged or defective items, we will offer full refunds or replacements, including shipping costs.
