• Free Exchange: We provide free exchanges for all eligible items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we will cover the shipping costs.
• Free Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will process it at no additional cost. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. How to Request an Exchange or Refund

• Website Only: Please note that exchanges and refunds can only be processed through our website. They are not available in our physical retail stores.
